Eric Army Founding Principal M.Arch, Northeastern University, BS in Architecture, Northeastern University

Eric is founder and principal of Signal Works, an Olneyville based architecture firm committed to transforming broken buildings into meaningful places. He also leads Wide Plank, LLC, a real estate redevelopment and management group that repositions buildings to meet changing community and market needs. When he’s not working on making cities better places, or leading teams that create beauty out of brokenness, he can be often be found hiking in the White Mountains or trail running in Roger Williams Park. He lives with his wife, Melanie, and two young children in the Edgewood section of Cranston, Rhode Island.  Meet Eric on our Blog…

Dan Niederman Business Director

Dan serves as our Business Director, including responsibilities for integrating our operations between our studio, administration and business development departments. Bryan Buckley Project Architect

Bryan joined us in 2021 as a project manager and architect. With an M.Arch from Boston Architectural College and as a registered architect in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Bryan brings experience n fields ranging from education to hospitality to government.

Joanna comes to us with a Masters of Architecture from Roger Williams University, and is used to being involved in every aspect of the design and construction process. She is also leading our efforts telling our story to those to whom it matters through our marketing communications.
